Health Insurance
Several health plan options allow you to choose the plan that serves the needs of your family. Prescription coverage is also included in each plan.

Dental Insurance
Comprehensive dental coverage is available for Associates and their dependents.


Flexible Spending
Eligible Associates are able to further reduce their taxable income for certain healthcare and dependent care reimbursable costs using “pre-tax” dollars.


FINANCIAL PROTECTION

Short and Long Term Disability
Benefits are available for qualifying Associates with extended absences.

Life Insurance
Basic coverage is paid to the nearest $50,000 of the Associates base salary.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)
Benefits selected are payable in the event of accidental death or dismemberment.

Travel and Accident Coverage
Company paid premiums provide qualified Associates coverage when traveling on business.

Competitive Salary and Annual Bonus
We are proud to offer competitive compensation packages to Associates and new hires. The Company also promotes the opportunity to earn bonus compensation based on Company earnings and individual performance. Associate compensation is reviewed annually and may be adjusted in accordance with market trends and individual performance.


FUTURE PLANNING

401(K)
Amerifit Brands is particularly proud to be able to match 100% of the first four (4) percent of an Associate’s contributions to the plan. The Company match is vested immediately, which means you acquire immediate ownership of the employer contribution.






WORK/LIFE BALANCE

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Amerifit Brands understands the need for Associates to balance their personal and family needs. Paid time off is provided to cover personal, vacation and sick time. PTO provides a program where each Associate can manage their personal time away from work according to his or her specific need.

PTO Purchase Program
This program allows eligible Associates (those Associates with two through nine years of service) to purchase two (2) additional days of PTO for their use throughout the year.

Holidays
Holidays are an opportunity to share time off with family and friends. Certain days during the year are generally recognized as paid holidays. Holidays can vary from year to year.

Bereavement Leave
The Company will pay up to 5 paid days for bereavement.

Tuition Reimbursement
All full-time Associates who have successfully completed the 90-day initial employment period are eligible for reimbursement for a percentage of the cost of tuition for approved classes and the purchase of required textbooks. Part-time Associates may utilize this benefit after one year of employment.

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional service that offers free confidential counseling, information and support for professional and/or personal issues. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Associate Referral Program
The Company encourages and values those qualified candidates who are referred for employment by our own Associates. Associates who refer candidates who complete ninety (90) days of successful employment will receive a monetary pay out.

Product Purchase Program
To help Associates maintain a healthy lifestyle, Amerifit Brands products are available for purchase at a 70% discount.

Domestic Partner Benefits
Benefits are extended to all domestic partners.

Associate Events
Annual Company events are held each year to foster camaraderie, teambuilding and provide Associates with an opportunity to come together outside of the workplace.
