To recognize some of our shining stars we have developed the AmeriSTAR of the Quarter award.

 

This award is presented to our most valuable Associates for outstanding contributions and/or achievements. The star represents the quintessential symbol of recognition for outstanding achievement, and a lasting token of appreciation for work well done.  The AmeriSTAR award suggests recipients may possess these or other star qualities:

Each quarter Associates can nominate their colleagues for the chance to be publicly recognized.  Nominations are submitted for review by senior management and a STAR is selected! Our Chief Executive Officer, Cyrill Siewert announces the winner at our quarterly symposium and presents the award. The winner’s manager highlights the individual’s accomplishments.

Roseann Thomas
 

Throughout the course of the past year, Roseann has quietly played a key role in ensuring the success of our Oracle implementation. Early in the project, she proactively took charge of ensuring that our EDI implementation would fully address all of our customer specific idiosyncrasies along with the Amerifit specific business needs, coordinating with both the Zanett implementation team and Amerifit functional groups.

In addition to leading the EDI effort, Roseann served as key contributor to the setup of the Order Management module, providing key information concerning customer specific requirements. Since go-live, Roseann has taken on a broader Oracle support and administration role. Most recently she has been assigned to lead our efforts to comply with the recent Sam’s RFID mandate.
