Executive Management Team
Cyrill Siewert
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Siewert brings to Amerifit Brands more than 30 years of management experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, including a 10-year period with Pepsi Co. Inc. and 11 years with Colgate Palmolive.  During his tenure with Pepsi, Mr. Siewert served as Vice President, Europe and Latin America of PepsiCo Foods International where he led the reorganization of a number of foreign subsidiaries.  At Colgate Palmolive, he held general management positions in the United Kingdom and Spain, and during his last four years, Mr. Siewert was President and CEO of Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, Colgate’s worldwide professional oral health care business.  Mr. Siewert has been active in the nutrition business for the past seven years, most recently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Select Nutrition Distributors, a company that sold and distributed dietary supplements to health food product retailers throughout the United States.

Mr. Siewert holds an MBA from Columbia University.


Doug Meyer
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Meyer joined Amerifit Brands in January 2007 as Senior Vice President of Marketing.  Mr. Meyer’s career in consumer packaged goods has spanned more than 30 years.  His career began at Colgate-Palmolive, first as a Summer Intern and later as Vice President and General Manager of Colgate’s Oral Care business, the largest division in the company.  During Mr. Meyer’s tenure at Colgate, he worked on many of their brands, both in the United States as well as internationally.  After Colgate, Mr. Meyer became President of Sterling Drug, the makers of Bayer Aspirin and various other over-the-counter medicines. After Sterling was sold in 1994, Mr. Meyer joined Benckiser Consumer Products as President of North America and Regional Manager of the Americas.  The Benckiser Mr. Meyer joined was a privately owned company; but went partially public on the New York Stock Exchange in 1997, and was fully merged with Reckitt and Coleman in December 1999.  Mr. Meyer then consulted for a short while for several large Consumer Packaged Goods companies after which he joined with Charterhouse Private Equity Partners as an Entrepreneurial Executive.  In 2004, Mr. Meyer became CEO of Burt’s Bees, the world’s largest Natural Personal Products Company, and led the expansion of the brand’s franchise more broadly from its roots in health food, gift and specialty stores. 

Mr. Meyer graduated from The George Washington University with a BBA in Economics and from New York University Graduate School of Business with an MBA.


Victor H. Emerson Jr.
Senior Vice President of Finance, CFO

Mr. Emerson joined the Amerifit team in early 1998 as the Vice President of Finance, CFO. In 2006 he was named a Senior Vice President. He brings to Amerifit an impressive record of accomplishments in corporate finance, MIS and controllership functions. Most recently, as Vice President of Finance of Moore Medical Corp., an AMEX listed national distributor of pharmaceutical and medical/surgical supplies; he significantly improved systems, instituted strong inventory controls, directed financial reporting and spearheaded effective profit improvement programs. Mr. Emerson's background in finance includes eleven years of accounting management at Arthur Andersen, followed by increasingly more responsible positions with The Limited, Inc. and Spectrascan Imaging Services, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Finance/CFO. With Spectrascan, Mr. Emerson excelled in strategic planning, raising capital, installing MIS systems and elevating financial controls.

A CPA, Mr. Emerson holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.


Craig R. Larsen
Vice President Legal & Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Larsen has been a part of Amerifit since January 1990, when he came on board as the Director of Business Development with responsibility for key account development and new business opportunities.  In 1992, Mr. Larsen became the Special Projects Director focusing on expanding Amerifit’s product line through the development of specialty consumer products while establishing new manufacturing standards and testing requirements.  In 2000, Mr. Larsen became the Director of Product Integrity, adding regulatory affairs and GMP logistics to his responsibilities.  In 2004, Mr. Larsen added General Legal Counsel to his duties.  In 2006, Mr. Larsen was named the Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Affairs.  Throughout his tenure at Amerifit, Mr. Larsen has excelled in the areas of quality assurance and product development.  He is responsible for conducting scientific research and developing innovative, new product formulations including Estroven, the #1 women's wellness supplement in America. He also oversees the analytical testing of all Amerifit products by outside laboratories as well as the company’s compliance with the industry’s regulatory guidelines concerning product labeling and claims substantiation. Mr. Larsen is also focused on implementing standard operating procedures throughout the organization in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Mr. Larsen earned a BA in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University (1984) as well as a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law (1997). Mr. Larsen is an active member in good standing with several local, state and federal bar associations.


Jeff Shirley
Vice President of National Accounts


Mr. Shirley joined the Amerifit team in 1998 as the Director of National Accounts in the Sales department. Over the years, his sales responsibilities have grown to include accounts in the Southeastern, Central and Midwest regions of the U.S. and the Military. In December 2002, Mr. Shirley was promoted to Regional Vice President of National Accounts and added the responsibility of managing the Regional Managers in the Northeast and Midwest regions. He brings to the company 23 years of results driven consumer sales experience, 16 of which he spent climbing RJR Nabisco's corporate ladder. There he held numerous management and staff positions and became the Director of Customer Business Teams overseeing the organization's Wal-Mart Supercenter and Sam's Clubs.

Mr. Shirley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in Waco, TX.


Wes Parris
Vice President, North American Sales

Mr. Parris has nearly twenty years of experience in sales and marketing, developed at Fortune 500 consumer goods organizations.

He began his career in sales at Procter & Gamble, followed by Playtex Products, where he became Senior Sales Promotion Manager for the Infant Care and Tek Toothbrush brands.  He later became a National Account Specific Manager for L’Oreal, a Region Manager for Benckiser, and a National Customer Marketing Leader for Gatorade.   Following his time at Gatorade, Mr. Parris was Director of Sales for the Mass/Club Channel at Energizer (Schick/Wilkinson Sword Division).  Prior to Amerifit, Mr. Parris worked for AMC Beauty, where he served as General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Parris received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
